There are a total of 65
artists registered to paint in the
2009 "Out & About Norfolk" event.
Each artist may submit 2 framed pieces, each - to be hung at the Wet Painting Sale, and considered for awards. Prices start at $100 for original, framed, wonderful ART!

Artists will be visible all over Norfolk, with their easels and paints, during daylight hours Oct 22-23.  Come out and watch them paint! They usually "hit the streets" by 8am.

Then attend the Wet Painting Sale
on Saturday evening  6 - 8pm, in the historic Monticello Arcade!  City Hall Ave at Monticello Ave.  The "Art Deco" building. Right across the street from Dillards at Macarthur Mall.
Parking can be found on the street, city lots, and in the South Lot of Macarthur Mall.
